Job Description

Vaco Cincinnati is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Consultant and Sales Support Coordinator.

This candidate will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and a range of Sales staff in their day-to-day activities. Must be successful in a very fast paced environment, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, as this person will be dealing with consultants on a daily basis. Strong organization and time management abilities are a must.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 years administrative support experience a plus.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Calendaring.

* Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

* Extremely detail oriented. Must be able to manage HIGH VOLUMES of paperwork, digital file maintenance, data entry, contract and document creation.

* Must maintain a sense of flexibility in an ever changing, deadline driven environment.

* A team player who is professional.

Duties:

  • Consulting operation support
    • Create and manage job postings
    • Research potential client prospects
    • Assist sales activities such as pipeline research & development
    • Marketing event planning
    • Current and prospective consultant outreach & support, including creating consulting marketing documents, assisting with payroll & benefits questions as well as ongoing performance management
    • Assist consulting practice leadership with ad hoc research, documentation and other projects as assigned
