Job Description

Our client in Clearwater is seeking a Contact Center Engineer for a 6 month contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a large enterprise environment and technically they must be well versed with Avaya and Cisco phone systems. This individual will be part of a team who is responsible for the migration from Avaya to Cisco.

Qualifications:

  • Cisco voice experience
  • Cisco certifications preferred (CCNA required, CCNP/CCIE highly desired)
  • Experience deploying and implementing Cisco voice solutions
  • Experience working in a Avaya and Cisco environment highly preferred
  • UCCX/UCCE scripting experience preferred
