Content Analyst in Sunnyvale, CA at Vaco

Job Description

Required: Native or professional fluency in English with another one of the following languages: Japanese/Dutch/Danish/Finnish/Norweigan/Swedish/German/Spanish/Italian/Portuguese/Tagalog/Catalan/Gree/Hebrew/Latvian/
Romainan/Slovak/Slovenian

This is a long term contract.

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Import and export data
* Ensure logical and meaningful extraction of url content
* Deliver high quality of extraction consistently and accurately
* Maintain, enter, curate and extract customer data

Skills/Qualifications
* Must be able to perform redundant tasks quickly and accurately
* Requires 2 - 3 years of customer support or technical support experience in online industry
* 2 - 3 years of experience with Data Entry/Curation/Extraction
* Excellent Communication Skills (both written & oral)
* Ability to produce high quality work
* Excellent time management skills

Preferred Attributes:
* Knowledge on Google Adwords/ ad products is a plus
* Experience in Content writing or data entry
