Job Description

This is an ongoing long term contract role onsite in Palo Alto for one of our clients. Our client is one of the biggest and most exciting places to work. This role requires Japanese fluency - read, write and speak.

Role Objective

Content Analyst Agents review content which are servable over the client's ad network that are viewable by users and advertisers. Service requirements for each analyst is to review and analyze a target number of content based on a set of internal policy guidelines. Additional responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement or creating strategies to reach goals and analyzing content and topics for effective quality assurance. The position calls for consistent accuracy and flexibility as the analyst will ensure the integrity of the client's product and services offered to advertisers.



Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on content review

  • Consistently meet team's daily targets

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail to review content against existing policies

  • Provide suggestions to improve processes and workflows

  • Support urgent or sensitive requests for projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams



Skills/Qualifications

  • Must be able to perform redundant tasks quickly and accurately

  • Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standards

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet multiple, recurring workflow requirements

  • Good problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills

  • Flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (mainly Google Sheets and Google Docs)

  • Requires 1-3 years of customer support or technical support experience in online industry

  • 1-3 years of experience with content review or data entry
