Job Description

High growth Hospitality Company in Downtown Denver is looking for a Controller (or an advanced Sr. Accountant) level consultant to work in a sole contributor role for a 1-2 month reconciliation & payment process improvement project!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong reconciliation skills related to A/R (including 3rd Party A/R), and Deferred Liabilities
  • Prior experience reconciling data from Salesforce & Stripe Payment Process System (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills; comfortable working with manual accounting processes (accounting records are primarily housed in Excel)
  • Accounting process documentation skills; ability to understand and document existing processes while keeping a keen eye out for areas for improvement
  • Ability to work independently while upholding strong professionalism and maintaining tactful and respectful relationships with other employees on the accounting and operations team
  • Strong operational accounting experience and expertise
  • Ideal consultant will be a prior small company Controller with the ability to dive into the details and work independently for 40 hours a week
