As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering the company's data into their digital database for easy access.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist role include:

  • Typing in data provided directly from customers
  • Creating spreadsheets withlarge numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updating existing data

Job Requirements

As a Data Entry Specialist, you must be highly organized and able to work independently. Self-motivation is absolutely necessary in this role. Other requirements of the Data Entry Specialist include: • Adobe Acrobat and PDF editing experience, preferred • 1+ years of related experience • Basic understanding of databases • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
