As an HR Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate and monitor all aspects of the client's development projects to maintain schedule, budget and quality in accordance with project requirements. You will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated project plans, and will work closely with internal and external staff in order to ensure that all projects are in alignment with the strategic goals of the company, and that all project objectives are met.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Ordering, tracking, and communicating between partners and internal cross-functional teams
  • New partner set-up and on-boarding
  • Ordering goods for new stores
  • Tracking and communicating the end-to-end procurement and purchasing process

Job Requirements

As an HR Coordinator, you must have proven team leadership skills, including strong coaching and mentoring abilities. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with solid creative, analytical and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Specific qualifications for the role include: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good interpersonal and client-facing skills • Previous calendar-scheduling experience • 1+ years' experience as an HR Coordinator
