Vaco Indianapolis is partnering with a company in Indianapolis to add a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to their team!

This position is a 6 month contract role.

  • Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
  • Document & maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability
  • Process monthly billings and the preparation of payment of administrative fees for all group plans
  • Import & validate in preparation of open enrollment anticipated
  • Processes bi-weekly payroll.
  • Receives and retains signed timesheets for hourly employees and reports from ADP of sick and vacation time entered by employee and approved by management.
  • Validate & test payroll
Required Education and/or Experience
  • 4+ years of payroll processing experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 yeras epxerience processing payroll in ADR WFN Interface
Preferred Education and/or Experience
  • Associates degree in business, finance or related discipline strongly preferred
  • 2 years' experience in AP or AR
