Contract Recruiter - Phoenix - $25-27/hr! in Phoenix, AZ at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco is currently recruiting for a long-term contract recruiter for a fantastic client located in Phoenix. This is a 6 + month project that can be remote and will pay between $25 and $27/hr depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of proven experience in a high volume recruiting setting (preferably in a call center setting)
• Exellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Experience working with job boards, ATS systems, and interviewing
• Ability to promote the company and attract candidates to the role
• A motivated and driven personality
