Job Description


This position is a contract recruiting opportunity for the next 4 to 6 months that will assist with the recruitment process for all positions within the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prescreen and evaluate candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Manage job advertisement process for internal and external job boards for positions at all levels within the company
  • Identify recruitment needs for positions at a manager level or above
  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent candidates
  • Design, maintain and communicate monthly recruitment metrics to management
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, college fairs, and any other events that will yield networking opportunities
  • Perform full cycle recruiting of candidate to include the coordination of interview schedules, agendas, travel arrangements, expense re-imbursements, follow ups, initial interview evaluations, and gathering all relevant details for possible offers,
  • Facilitate the interview process by managing communication with candidates

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business related discipline required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of specialized sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 to $26.00 /hour
