A Day in the Life

The Recruiting Associate is responsible for identifying, interviewing, and managing top talent for client opportunities. This position works with a Business Development Manager to deliver the right candidate for project and direct-hire positions. Skill sets served include but are not limited to:


  • Administrative Support
  • Human Resources
  • Customer Service
  • Marketing
  • Purchasing
  • General Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates primarily for client opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand job requirements and company culture.
  • Reviews, reformats, and presents resumes to meet client expectations
  • Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or networks.
  • Meet with candidates in person, telephone, or video conference to assess qualifications.
  • Work with the sales team to help drive the delivery strategy for candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree desired.
  • Proven success in achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
  • Detailed, organized, and adaptable.
  • Economically motivated with a high desire to grow professionally and financially.

This position is full-time and will be located on-site in Louisville, KY.
