Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is currently looking for a highly talented and passionate Recruiting Assistant with a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and a strong eye for continuous improvement to support the firm's recruiting effort.

This position is designed to support the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish, provide administrative and sourcing support and will deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and internal customers. This is a contract role with a pay rate of $20-$22/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, administers skills tests, debriefs, coordinate field locations, make travel arrangements for candidates, and mail necessary information.
  • Conduct all pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
  • Prepare reports and assist with HR Metrics.
  • Maintain all candidate records in the applicant tracking system and update accordingly as the recruitment process progresses.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters, relocation packages and miscellaneous candidate onboarding documents.
  • Assist with advertising activity, including job board postings, newspaper ads and others.
  • Assist with coordinating career fairs and campus recruiting events.
  • Screen and evaluate applications in assigned requisitions and initiate next steps.
  • Follow up via phone or written contact with all pending candidates in a timely manner.
  • Provide sourcing support across multiple requisitions.
  • Deliver outstanding candidate experience and promote Kohler Co. as an employer of choice.

Skills/Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree or Administrative Assistant Certification preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 2+ years' experience of administrative support required
  • Experience providing administrative support to Recruitment or Human Resources highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong focus on process improvement
  • Intermediate proficiently with MS Office
