As an HR Coordinator, you will focus on improving HR policies, processes, and practices and recommending changes to HR management. To ensure efficient operations, HR coordinators perform a substantial amount of research, data analysis, and reporting as it relates to employee productivity.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes

Job Requirements

As an HR Coordinator, you must have proven team leadership skills, including strong coaching and mentoring abilities. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with solid creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
