Contracts Clerk


Immediate opportunity for a Contracts Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Process all vehicle sales contracts in accounting.
  • Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare payoff checks for trade-in vehicles.
  • Bill out Dealer Trade and Wholesale sales.
  • Prepare Salesperson commission worksheets.
  • Process/register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts.
  • Reconcile all corresponding schedules.
  • Verify and post contract funding.
  • Payoff flooring on sold units.


Qualifications:

  • Must be highly organized and experienced in handling high volumes of paperwork.
  • Must have at least two years of administrative experience.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
