Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the human resources team of a great client of ours located in Atlanta (Medical Center / Northside Hospital area). The role is designed to assist the leadership team in finding, assessing, and selecting clinical and administrative employees for the company. Our client is in the healthcare services delivery space and is growing through mergers and acquisitions. Target pay is $55,000 to $60,000 for this role and up to 50% travel (to office locations around the Southeast) is required.

Responsibilities:

  • High-volume, full-cycle recruiting.
  • Thoroughly understanding social media, databases, applicant tracking systems, Boolean search strings, reporting processes, employment law and recruiting industry tools and trends.
  • Source and manage a robust high-volume talent pool.
  • Manage multiple searches/hiring managers at various stages.
  • Screen and assess qualified applicants; follow candidates through the entire recruiting and selection through contracting, licensing, training, and fast start phases of the process.
  • Create a pipeline of prequalified clinical and administrative candidates and sell them on the job opportunity.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships and current employees to support passive candidate recruiting.
  • Enter recruiting information into tracking system to track all activity and results.
  • Collaborate with the managing partner and hiring managers on search techniques, leveraging networks and use of social media.
  • Execute search techniques across multiple technologies, tools, and platforms to generate a high-volume of qualified leads.
  • Research and investigate new ideas to help develop sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Insightful and intuitive in nature
  • ATS experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, screening, testing, sourcing and developing pipeline strategies in human resources, staffing or related department a plus.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
