Vaco Creative is looking for a dynamic Full-Desk Recruiter to join the Vaco Family. Vaco Creative provides hiring solutions for marketing and creative positions ranging from Graphic Designers to Digital Marketing Managers and various other positions on a contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire basis.

As a Full-Desk Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for the Vaco's Creative division. This position works with one or more Full-Desk Recruiters to fulfill open job orders while managing candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Identifies & secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Markets services to fulfill human capital needs for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire position within all marekting creative skill sets.
  • Reviews, reformats and presents resumes meeting client expectations.
  • Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or network.
  • Meet with candidates in person, phone/video conference to assess qualifications.

Qualifications

  • You hold a BA/BS and have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of recruiting or business development experience.
  • Achieves established sales and performance goals.
  • Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Collaborates with teammates to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business
  • Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business.
