Title: Credit Call Center Representative

Our large financial services client is looking for a Credit Call Center Representative to add to their growing successful team. The job would be contracted to hire in nature. Top performers will have every opportunity to be hired directly.


  • Handling a large number of incoming phone calls from customers who have been a victim of fraud, credit card inquiries and need their identities verified
  • Must be able to evaluate a variety of different potential risks
  • Must be able to convey your research and findings in a clean and concise manner to upper management and department heads
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ability to perform various tasks to avoid potential losses to accounts


  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 plus years in Banking or Financial Services
  • At least 3 years of work experience preferably in Banking or Financial Services
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong Computer skills
