Primary responsibilities will be to manage relationships with the credit card service provider and the cardholders. Ensures expenses and required receipts are received timely in accordance with company policy.

Key Job Responsibilities
* Manage the administrative rights through major banking system
* Issuance of employee credit cards
* Act as primary contact for cardholders and assist as needed with any questions or concerns
* Supports cardholders on how to use the Corporate Cards in accordance with the corporate policy
* Review cardholder compliance with reporting
* Audit expenses for compliance with travel and other guidelines
* Responsible for processing discounts and rebates for participating wholesalers in distribution channel

Job Requirements
* Associate's Degree
* Minimum 3 years' experience in administering corporate credit card program
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Dependable and Team Player
* Experience with Microsoft Office programs
* Work under high pressure and fast paced environment
