JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a CRM Consultant for a 2M+ Contract Engagement located in Flower Mound, TX. The CRM Consultant will manage the development, enhancements, and maintenance of a CRM System.

  • Develop the Definition / Vision behind the CRM Product / Services
  • Create Define Users / Functional Requirements / Business Rules / Process Workflows / Use Case, etc. to Enable Product Development
  • Prioritize / Manage CRM System Implementations / Upgrades
  • Manage Production Support / Triage Issues / Prioritize Fixes, etc.
  • Coordinate Release Planning in Support of CRM Needs
  • Prioritize Changes / Participate in Design Reviews Ensuring Solutions Meets the User Needs
  • Serve as Technical Product SME for Sales / Client Support, etc.
  • Support New Release Processes / Manage User License Process
  • Review CRM Functionality / Analysis of Reported Issues
  • Provide Alternative Solutions to Users that Report Minor Issues Until Issues Are Addresses in Future Sprints, etc.
  • Comprehend / Prioritize Escalating Critical Issues Quickly / Appropriately
  • Provide Feedback on CRM Tickets - Status / Timing, etc.
  • Provide UAT for all CRM Enhancements / Fixes Prior to Production Release
  • Document / Communicate / Summarize all CRM System Changes to Internal Users
  • Follow / Document Consistency in Policies / Procedures in Support of CRM Functionality

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • CRM Consultant - Sugar CRM (STRONGLY preferred) / SalesForce / or similar
  • Create Define Users / Functional Requirements / Business Rules / Process Workflows / Use Case, etc. to Enable Product Development
  • CRM System Implementations / Upgrades
  • Manage Production Support / Triage Issues / Prioritize Fixes
  • Coordinate Release Planning in Support of CRM Needs
  • Prioritize Changes / Participate in Design Reviews Ensuring Solutions Meets the User Needs
  • Learn / User Production Applications - Bug Tracking System / LMS / Billing Systems, etc.
  • Document Requests / Issues with Accompanying Screenshots / Reproducible Steps, etc.
  • Cross-Organizational Perspective to Prioritize Issues / Recommend Workarounds, etc.
