Job Title: CRM Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

The CRM consultant will be responsible for managing the development, enhancements and maintenance of the clients Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The CRM Consultant will work with all business divisions, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, etc., to review system functionality and address reported issues. The CRM Consultant will need to work to provide alternative solutions and work-arounds, until the CRM system can be properly configured to resolve such issues. The CRM Consultant will be responsible for all implementation and upgrade activities, as well as escalation issues. The CRM Consultant will work with end users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and communicate all changes to the CRM system to all users in a timely fashion.

Requirements: The CRM Consultant must have at least 8-10 years' experience with the following

  • Working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Sugar, PeopleSoft, etc.
  • Working with multiple enterprise business divisions to support process flows and functionality: Call Center, Customer Services, Community Management, Social Media Management, etc.
  • Producing creative solutions to technical issues by offering alternative solutions to not impeded business process or workflows
  • A willingness and ability to quickly learn and use the other production applications (e.g. bug tracking system, LMS, billing system) with a high level of competency and efficiency
  • Excellent ability to create documentation manage knowledge base platforms
