*Background in the music industry and knowledge is a plus!
Operations Team works with music Partners from all over the world, helping make their content available to customers. As a Music Operations Specialist you'll be on the frontlines ensuring Partners receive effective and timely support for all of their operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years customer or client service experience

  • 1-2 years experience in a technical environment

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, hard-working, self-starter

  • Friendly and helpful demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree

  • Music or some form of digital media experience

  • Web-based CMS experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Partner support requests (via email ticketing system)

  • Analyse, investigate, and troubleshoot support issues via various internal tools and processes

  • Identify needs and collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes

  • Support data quality initiatives
