  • Responsible for the day to day management of allocated customer accounts through liaison with internal departments, escalating any appropriate issues to the Customer Services Manager
  • Provide timely, accurate and reliable information to customers at each stage of the process - enquiries, orders, deliveries, appointments and complaints
  • Build strong working relationships with external and internal customers based on mutual respect and trust. Lead customer meetings on and off site to review Account status and support new business development.
  • Champion the customers interests by solving problems, resolving uncertainty and liaising with internal teams and the customer to ensure the availability of accurate and reliable information on order status.
  • Deliver accurate and timely input and maintenance of customer orders and schedules onto SYSPRO.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance and liaise with production and supply chain to ensure objectives are met.
