As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the customers with technical problems when using the products and services. Ultimately, you will help establish their reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Other responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Job Requirements

As a Customer Care Associate, you must be able to clearly present information and communicate professionally with customers—you must communicate efficiently regarding their orders. You must also be able to display good judgment in routine and day-to-day decision making.
