Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Research and Insights Specialist to drive go-to-market strategy for a product launch.

In this role, you'll be leading insights and analytics for the client's marketing team. You'll be responsible for driving enterprise, SMB and user insights to help inform marketing strategies, programs, and products. You will partner closely with the marketing team to frame business and marketing questions, and you will design and execute measurement and learning plans to inform key decisions. Ultimately, you will help ensure that Enterprise customer needs are at the heart of everything that we do. You're strategic, creative, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You are both a thinker and a doer - someone who is a trusted and strategic thought partner, but also excited to dig in and execute on the research programs to get things done. You look beyond the complex data and are a master at distilling the insights into simple communications that are accessible and actionable to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience.

8+ years of relevant primary research and analytics experience, specifically working with a variety of research techniques (both qualitative and quantitative)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience crystallizing complex data into simple concepts, designing and operationalizing research projects to gain business insights, managing third party research agencies, conducting data analysis and familiarity with principles of experiment design.

Strong business acumen with ability to link insights to actionable strategy.

Superb skillsets to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling communications .

Discipline and the knowledge to drive a tight research processes forward and also forge new paths and develop creative and innovative solutions to get things done.


Partner with marketing teams to translate business and marketing questions into well defined research and learning plans

Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies through a variety of methods, including third party research vendors, internal research teams, and client research tools. Act as the key liaison with research partners, both internal and external

Distill research findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders

Proactively look for opportunities or gaps in knowledge and propose solutions. Advocate for unmet consumer needs and plans to address them.

Study the competition and turn the insights into actionable initiatives that drive an improved product, service and marketing positioning for our enterprise audience.
