Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager for a supply chain and mobile workforce solutions company in the Alpharetta area. This role is designed to support the customer service effort as well as drive sales. This is a contract-to-hire role paying $17-$18/hr.

Job Duties:

  • Receive inbound phone calls from clients who are utilizing new devices
  • Troubleshoot and assist with inquiries
  • Upsell products during customer inquiry calls
  • Work with existing base of customer to grow and retain the base
  • Quickly learn and work in multiple customer billing, tracking systems
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales/renewal quotas as set by management
  • Adhering to sales guidelines as communicated
  • Documenting all initial and ongoing customer contacts as required
  • Quickly learning about and adapting to new products and services
  • Upholding the highest levels of integrity and customer service
  • Carrying out other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of sales experience in an inside or outside capacity
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically regarding customer account retention and development
  • Someone with an interest in performing inside sales
  • Experience in a quota-based sales environment
  • Experience with a technical service offering preferred, ideally with telecommunications technology background
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
