Summary: Lead point of contact and customer service for any and all matters relating to a specific key customer. Major responsibility is to develop and maintain a strong relationship with this key customer and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

New account set up for this customers locations

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters including resolution

of key client issues and complaints - Ensure premium level of client satisfaction

Develop and maintain relationships with mobile collectors and fixed clinic sites that utilized by the

customer and it's locations - Locate collection facilities for testing as needed

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and

objectives

Monitor account for timely reporting of drug test results with trouble shooting of delayed results and

solutions to prevent delays

Provide required monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested from the customer

Execute monthly and quarter random testing pools including import of employee lists and batch

ordering of all selected tests

Manual ordering of pre-employment, post-accident and reasonable suspicion tests

Maintain thorough knowledge of the Department of Transportation regulations 49 CFR part 40 and other regulations specific to the DOT modality

Education:

Minimum 2 years business office experience or BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant

field

Experience in the drug testing industry a plus but not required
