Job Description

Supports and maintains internal and external customer relationships.
Ï‚ • Responsible for incoming customer/project calls
Ï‚ • Delivers excellent customer service
Ï‚ • Creates customer account information
Ï‚ • Keeps accurate records of discussion and/or correspondence with customers
Ï‚ • Provides company information services including sorting, rework, containment and engineering
Ï‚ • Completes required training classes
Ï‚ • On-call duties as assigned
Ï‚ • All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Ï‚ • Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred or one (1) year related work experience
Ï‚ • Knowledge of manufacturing industry practices preferred
Ï‚ • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Ï‚ • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Ï‚ • Functions well in a team environment
Ï‚ • Ability to listen/communicate clearly and professionally
Ï‚ • Demonstrates a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
Ï‚ • Proven work ethic and detail-oriented with a team player mentality
Ï‚ • Available to work assigned hours based on business needs

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills/ traits:
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite programs and the keyboard.
  • Ability to learn complex process with multiple exceptions and changes on a regular basis
  • Likes to be on the phone
  • Pays attention to detail and documents all customer activities so anyone can look at a customer project and readily knows the status of a project.
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls to follow up and own a project.
  • Holds oneself accountable for ensuring that customer issues are resolved.
  • Some sales type of sales experience would be helpful.
  • Personally motivated to do a good job.
