As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Other responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate role include:

  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account information

Job Requirements

You must also be able to display good judgment in routine and day-to-day decision making.
