Vaco is currently recruiting for top notch Customer Service Representatives for a client in Pinellas Park!

This role is contract to hire and pays $15/hr! The ideal candidate is very tech savvy and solutions oriented. You must take initiative and want to provide excellent customer service!

The duties for this Customer Support Representative include, but are not limited to; answering incoming phone calls, basic troubleshooting, entering service calls, database entry, UPS RGA return labels, outbound calling/follow up calls and cold call routing.

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma with 3 years of experience with cell phone support or technology based support.

Factory or warehouse experience is a plus!
