Customer Service/ Call Center Representative in Kirby, TX at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco is looking to staff several remote customer service positions in the SAN ANTONIO area.

This position will be responsible for taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls.

Successful candidates will have:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Accurate data entry skills
• Their own secured internet connection
• Intermediate computer/pc skills

Candidates will have to go through a thorough background check.

Must be able to travel to SAN ANTONIO to pick up the computer equipment, as well as return the equipment to SAN ANTONIO should you not be able to continue in the position.

Two shifts available. 8am - 3pm and 11am - 8pm
Bilingual a plus but not required

Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
