We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager for Northern Cincinnati, South Dayton area Health Network organization. This person should have experience working with physician billing and Epic systems. The Customer Service Manager must be able to handle large volumes of calls per day along with multi-tasking with other issues that come along. Keep in mind this is a management role, so experience is necessary.
