$50-65k + 15% bonus

Customer Service Manager

Manages all aspects of Customer Service encompassing the receiving and processing Delivered Order Forms and field concerns in an effective and timely manner by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Receives orders and product inquiries from customer via telephone, fax, and email.
2. Processes Delivered Order Forms (DOF) in Number Cruncher. This includes inventory transfers and ship documents.
3. Applies knowledge about company policies, products, procedures, and pricing to best meet the customer needs.
4. Processes customer information on computer system in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
5. Analyzes customer records on computer system, and makes any corrections and/or modifications within company guidelines.
6. Contacts customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure complete and accurate records.
7. Create and review reports to be emailed to the sales representatives.
8. Performs any other duties for all departments as assigned.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Writing and speaking effectively is important when addressing employees, distributors and customers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.

Computer Software:
The Company uses Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Number Cruncher, and Quick Books.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

High school diploma and five plus years related experience and/or training preferred.
