Job Description

Our Client a well established Manufacturing company in the Union, NJ area is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English CSR/Bookkeeper for their team.

Job Description will include:

  • Order Entry
  • Accept in-bound calls, routed operator calls, to create new accounts, provide basic support, and answer product and pricing inquiries.
  • Follow-up on leads, as needed.
  • Respond to emails to address customer quotation requests, product information or other inquiries/issues and provide timely and complete resolution for the customer.
  • Maintain Client database.
  • Create RMA authorizations.
  • Enter receipt payments on wires received in bank to customer accounts
  • Run transactions and enter receipts to customer accounts
  • Email invoices to customers
  • Upload tracking from UPS reports to customer shipments
  • Excel required (proficient preferred)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree from a college or technical school with 12-18 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient PC including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

  • Must be able to write reports, business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
