Job Description

We are looking for an excellent, experienced and professional Customer Service Representative.

Job functions:

  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat custom
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience; quality focus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; resolving conflict
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft office suite; outlook, work, excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
