Job Description

Our client, located in Greenwood Indiana, is looking to add multiple individuals to their customer service team for a contract opportunity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows but not limited to:


  • Research customer issues and provides client or bank personnel with appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Implementation to include document fulfillment (client facing documentation including, but not limited to signature documents, various agreements, and online banking setups).
  • Works as a Central point of contact for sales employees by providing phone support …
  • Provides telephone and email support for stated business products to Business Clients, Sales Staff and Branch employees.
  • Ensures that all customer paperwork is accurately transmitted to core operating system and that standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Assists sales officers with maintenance of customer accounts. Acts as a call/resolution center for internal and external customers.
  • Participates in problem solving to help address customer situations.
  • Participates in acquisitions conversions or de-conversions as assigned.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Requires associates degree and minimum of 2 years service center, bank branch, deposit operations, or cash management experience.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents and to write moderately complex correspondence; to speak effectively with customers and/or employees.
    • Requires continuous customer/prospect contacts, frequently requiring knowledge of detailed product features, pricing and alternative choices.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    • Ability to deal with moderately complex problems under variable conditions requiring initiative to overcome rejection and controversy and to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
    • Ability to apply visual attention, dexterity and coordination in the regular operation of a variety of office equipment, proficient with personal computer applications (word processing and spreadsheet software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access).

    Ability to work non-standard hours in a service center with hours of operation M-F, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
