POSITION SUMMARY:

To be fully engaged in providing excellent customer service to customer questions and complaints. Must be comfortable with speaking directly to clients and vendors as well as administrative tasks.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Engagement:

  • High volume/high importance calls
  • entering service tickets
  • administrative taks
  • customer/client engagement
  • Receives orders from customer
  • Processes customer orders, calculates pricing, prepares Packing List for shipment
  • Responds to customer requests and/or concerns, which may include billing inquiry, product inquiry and/or providing requested materials
  • Provide support to ensure an Awesome Customer Experience
