Job Description

  • Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing prompt resolution to all issues for customers
  • Provide product knowledge and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Ensure all inbound calls and emails from Sales Reps are respondided to on a timely basis
  • Review and process product returns
  • invoice inquires
  • tracking inquiries working with warehouse and Sales representatives
  • handle shipping issues
  • provide basic sales support
  • participate in tradeshow and customer related events
MUST have Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
outstanding communicaiton skills are necessary
must be well organized

Entry level opportuntiy for someone with a college Degree in Marketing/Communicdation or similiar or ideal candidate will have some experience within a Customer Service capacity.
