Job Description

Account Manager, Customer Service

Summary:

This position will provide support to distributors and other functional departments with all work flow including orders, RMA's, Complaint Reports. Help and facilitate customer needs (internal and external) and provide internal support for other departments.

Essential Functions

  • Processing orders
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Manages distributor accounts for daily needs and inventory for surgery
  • Communicates with all internal departments; Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Regulatory and Customer Service Team
  • Problem solving, catering to customers and working with team members daily to provide excellent customer service
  • Inventory tracking and reconciliation, returns, invoicing, processing orders, management of regional accounts
  • Distribution and return of instrumentation for surgeries in the field
  • Quality and inventory control of instrumentation in the field
  • On call, outside of normal business hours to service customers with emergencies
  • Minimal travel required for selected tradeshows, seminars, and any customer service needs such as delivering of sets in an emergency, etc.
  • Uses independent judgment and discretion to act as a bridge between the account service team and the customer
  • Monitors Epicor transactions for accuracy. Assists in testing of new/revised SOP's.
  • Identifies errors and creates solutions that increase accuracy, efficiency and service for our customers
  • Uses problem solving skills to determine the problem and devise a course of action to mitigate the problem.
  • Processes and coordinates customer transactions
  • Ensure that all requests are processed accurately and on time
