Our client, located near Woodbridge, NJ is adding a Customer Service Representative to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Candidate must have experience working in Business to Business environment
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all designated customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives
  • Work with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Enter, track and maintain consumers orders.
  • Work with the procurement team to accurately understand, plan and forecast product availability.
  • Follow up with logistics to accurately ensure clients delivery status.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in customer service in the B2B Wholesale industry
  • Bachelors Degree a plus
