  • Handle routine and non-routine customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Great organizational skills that allows delivery for targeted deadlines
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Dependable and Team Player

Preferred:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience with service scheduling software
  • Proficient with technology and working in multiple systems
