Job Description

Vaco Atlanta has an exciting new opportunity for Customer Service Specialists. We will be assisting our client with their hiring needs for this large project. We are looking for candidates eager for an opportunity to work with a large Atlanta based organization, looking to gain transferable office and customer service skills and a desire to be part of a Customer Service project team. These Customer Service Specialists will need to be available for a long term project, lasting at least 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound phone calls and manage service tickets
  • Troubleshoot and assist with inquiries
  • Quickly learn and work in multiple customer billing, tracking systems
  • Documenting all initial and ongoing customer contacts as required
  • Quickly learning about and adapting to new products and services
  • Upholding the highest levels of integrity and customer service
  • Carrying out other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically regarding customer accounts
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
