Job Description

Nonprofit organization in Springfield, MA is currently seeking a full-time customer service/administrative specialist. Ideally we are seeking candidates with 1-5 years of experience who are hands-on, capable of picking up on new things quickly, and exude a professional level of communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • As part of the customer service team, respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Produce and copy materials for projects, conferences, and clients
  • Prepare shipping labels for packages
  • Log donations into the donor database
  • Filing, faxing, scanning documents
  • Utilization of MS Office, including Excel, to maintain reports


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of customer services experience
  • Some administrative/office experience desired
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
