Our client, located in Woodbridge, NJ is adding a Customer Success Director to the team.

The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to work remote.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Manage and motivate an efficient, high performing Customer Success team
  • Driving revenue retention through client renewals and generating increased bookings within existing accounts as well as supporting up/cross-sell activities with direct sales by creating leads.
  • Design, implement and operate a highly efficient company renewal system
  • Work with sales leadership team to establish an account management strategy focused on client satisfaction.
  • Develop positive results for the monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Ensure that activities are closely aligned with the customer's business strategy
  • Demonstrate the value of our product, and exhibit knowledge of the client's potential
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and manage activities to ensure deals are cleaned and booked in a timely manner.
  • Consistently promote through blog posts, social media, other marketing engines

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Workforce Education, Information Systems or related work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of direct management experience of account management with customer success teams
  • Experience as a B2B quota carrying sales professional in software or technology
  • Passion for customer service and experience with contract negotiations, closing sales.
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with clients and co- workers and excellent communication skills, including writing, proof-reading skills and speaking is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including, demonstrating patience, flexibility, consideration, diplomacy, tact, confidence and the ability to effectively communication technical information in non- technical terms
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule and organize work, in addition to performing under tight deadlines with on-going changes in priorities while achieving goals with limited supervision
  • A Maximum of 25% travel is possible.
