As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work with our product delivery, software development, and business development teams on a regular basis to ensure success for our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high quality service to each of our customers to ensure their success throughout their entire experience
- Develop, maintain, and grow effective relationships with customers
- Host an initial kickoff session with new customers and provide training and best practices tips to get them started
- Gather requirements and assist customers with configuring their product to meet their needs, and in some cases, migrating their content from one system to another
- Research, follow-up, and resolve customer inquiries and problems through effective interaction with them and the product team
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries by providing telephone-, web-, and email-based product support
