Job Description

Vaco Tampa LLC is currently hiring a Sales Effectiveness Manager to work on a full time / permanent position in Tampa, FL. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a fast growing SaaS technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, groom and inspire a world-class team
  • Define and optimize customer journey
  • Drive true value for customers
  • Lead cross-functionally to drive customer success
  • Drive alignment with Renewals & Expansion and Sales
  • Own key metrics for your team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in Sales/Account Management/Customer Success, SaaS/Software, e-commerce, technology start-up experience a plus
  • 2+ years experience managing a team of Account Managers
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling competing/changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial startup environment.
  • Great motivator who can rally teams to unite to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Bachelor's degree required
