The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to more complex and unique consumer inquiries. Responsible for resolving issues regarding products and services before, during, and after the transaction.
Job Requirements:
- Resolves customer questions and concerns; processes escalations as needed
- Handle routine and non-routine customer inquiries via phone and email
- Ensures cash flow by billing for patient services.
- Great organizational skills that allows delivery for targeted deadlines
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Dependable and Team Player
Preferred:
- Associates Degree in Health Care, Business or related field
- Three years' experience in a healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling, registration, billing and medical records.
