The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for helping and resolving member questions and issues with the company's service.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Research tax information in order to support and help members with tax filings and IRS specifications
  • Communicate and respond to member issues and concerns and handle escalations efficiently
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Help management with process improvements for top notch user satisfaction
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and open to working overtime as needed (busy season)

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree
Minimum 3 years' experience in tax preparation
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/support
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Dependable and Team Player
Bilingual (preferred)
