Summary
This job requires a detail-oriented mindset with a high level of interest in data analysis related to customer insights/experience. Looking for an analytical mind with problem-solving skills, and deep expertise in statistics to turn data into insights and action to improve customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
Collecting, inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling of complex data sets
Identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making
Manage and build insights that promote the needs of customers and, support the business. Presents findings in a compelling and informative manner in order to develop strategic recommendations for business segments.
Collect and analyze customer data to produce metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with CX team to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes to improve client satisfaction, and loyalty.

Requirements
5 years minimum relevant experience supporting customer experience/insights
Ability to present analysis including trends and opportunities in writing and verbally.
Strong ability to apply statistical techniques such as correlation and regression.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - macros, master pivot tables etc. Tableau
Experience with Qualtrics CX platform a definite +
Strong understanding of research methodology including survey design.
Knowledge and/or quick uptake in working with relational databases, database structures and data analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively
