As a Data Collection Coordinator/ technician, you'll work closely with multiple cross functional teams and researchers for our Client's new product. You'll perform studies, explain participant requirements (provided by the Vendor operations team lead) and collect the data. You'll operate with awareness of our ethical obligations to our participant candidates (only FTE's in the locations specified in the table in this document), including informed consent and privacy concerns. You're a responsible and organized individual who can keep tabs on many projects and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit research participant candidates drawn from a list of candidates

  • Screen candidates for availability using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews.

  • Coordinate study logistics, including participant scheduling (calendar invitations to volunteers who agree to be a participant as one study may take between 10-15 minutes) and distribution of incentives.

  • Perform studies with and without volunteer participants using precise defined procedures.


Minimum qualifications:


  • High school diploma (B.A. degree in any field preferred)

  • Need good people skills and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Work experience in an applied research setting supporting research setting with volunteer subjects or customer-facing work.

  • Excellent assessment and analysis skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with office productivity tools including email, web browser, web apps, database search, spreadsheets/word processors in both Google Docs and Microsoft platforms.

  • Interest in and familiarity with technology products.
