Title: Data Entry/Account Support
Annual Salary: $30,000 - $35,000

About this role: Vaco is working with one of Birmingham's top companies to identify an individual to assist them with data entry as well as customer support. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple accounts daily and input client information into the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Use phone and email communication 100% of the time to accomplish goals.
  • Process between 40-55 incoming calls and 30-40 emails daily with exemplary customer service.
  • Conduct research using directory assistance/search engines (internet).

Required:

  • Ability to handle varying levels of responsibility.
  • 2-5 years professional experience with customer service and/or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to key (alpha and numeric) 45 WPM and 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy.
